Randall Made 11 Bowie Knife With CaseThis is a randall made 11 bowie knife that i inherited and will never use, i know very little about the knife but will do my best with the details. The knife is an 11 bowie with an 5 1/2 handle, the wood is maybe ironwood or walnut, there is a brass butt cap on it and a brass lugged hilt. The knife looks as if it has been used and sharpened, but is still in beautiful shape. I ordered a catalog from randall just to get na idea of the style and cost and so far i would say it is most like the smithsonian bowie. The case appears to be custom made for the knife yb r. Information about them and the work they do can be foudn on-line through old west reproductions. |
