Vintage 1970S Randall Knife 14 Solingen Great UserReverse shop etched dale otterbacher eod. Modle 1 brass fighting hilt. Fingered black micarta handle w/ unlined thong hole. Eod emblem pinned to upper stone pouch. Heavily used, sharpened and carried. Ranadll made knives carry case. One hell of a knife and a great user! My summary this is a 70's randall model 14 that's no doubt been there and done that. The knife configuartion is as follows. Solingen stainless steel blade, model 1 brass fighting hilt (unique on this model), and fingered black micarta with unlined lanyard hole. The knife has been heavily used and carried - a etstament to the fact that these old randall's can take a licking and keep on ticking. The sheath is a johnson roughback, probably the original. All the stitching is tight and the snaps work fine - teh white stone in the front pouch is probably a replacement. Eod emblem pinned through the upper stoen pouch as shown in photos. As stated above, the sheath has been carried a bunch but still has a lot of life left in it. As photographed, an old black randall made knives carry case is included. 11 photos for review - no history on the knife but it sure is a cool old user. If knives could talk, i'd bet this one would have a story or two to tell. For global express rates ot your country. Please see ym other listings if time permits. |
